Shine.com, a leading online recruitment platform under the Hindustan Times Group, connects millions of job seekers with employers across India. As part of its digital transformation strategy, the organization initiated a modernization program to migrate from a monolithic application architecture to a cloud-native microservices platform running on AWS.

DevSecOps.ai was engaged to modernize the existing infrastructure by migrating workloads to Amazon EKS, replacing self-managed databases with AWS managed services, implementing CI/CD automation, and establishing an ongoing AWS Managed Services engagement focused on operational excellence, security, and continuous optimization.
